Probably not...: Based on the information given, you probably do not have Marian's Syndrome. However, to be sure, see your doctor and tell him/her of your concern so that a proper diagnosis can be made or ruled out. Best of luck!

Marfan's: Was a complete dilated eye exam done looking for lens dislocation? Do you have aortic root dilatation by echocardiogram if you do not have aortic root dilatation and do not have dislocated lens the probablity is almost nil. You can check for the marker Fibrillin -1 mutation but without aortic and eye findings very unlikely.

Why do you ask?: There's a spectrum of semi-diseases that simulate true Marfan's. And what difference does it make? There's no pill to cure Marfan's. You can have your aortic root ultrasounded to see if it's dilated. Sooner or later you'll have a dilated eye exam and you'll know if you have ectopia lentis. Would you forego parenthood if you had Marfan's? I don't think so. See a geneticist or let it rest; I'd rest.
