Probably Marfan: Your son may have Marfans syndrome. He needs to be examined. To diagnose Marfan a host of major & minor criteria needs to be met, like pectius carinatum, pectus excavatum, scoliosis >20%, joint hyper mobility, ocular- ectopic lentis, dilatation of ascending aorta, dissection of ascending aorta.Best wld be to see a Geneticist who also will coordinate with other doctors to have echocardiograms etc.
