Fluid?: The key question is whether or not you have actual fluid or whether it just feels like fluid. If you have significant hearing loss in your ear that you think has fluid then you are probably correct. If you have not seen an ENT doctor then you really should as all too often fluid is misdiagnosed. Very often pressure in and around that year due to draw muscle spasm can "feel" like fluid.
