I have headaches, neck pain, and earaches. i also feel like i have fluid moving in my ears while laying down. also nausea.

Not sure : What your question is. Also not sure there is any one thing that would link all the symptoms if that is your question. There are a lot of things that refer to the ears when the problem is not really in the ears at all.
