Probably not: Marfan's can cause aortic anneurysm and weakening of the aortic wall (cystic meial necrosis). This can lead to risk of aortic dissection (potentially fatal complication). Such potential for dissections can be aggravated by extremely stress --such as heavy exercise or childbirth
