Nothing specific : It is common to have a variety of aches and pains after a surgical procedure. Most are not serious, and not attributable to anything specific. Generally people have a good sense if how they feel, so if you think "something is wrong", call your surgeon. Othwrwise it is probably ok to watch it, and proceed with activity as tolerated.
