Im not sure if i am just exhausted or i am coming down with something. i feel achy all over. my head doesnt really hurt. my lower legs by my calves, my wrists and upper body aches. should i be concerned. tried ibuprofen but no relief?

Muscle aches and fatigue, especially if they began recently, often indicate a “viral” infection - any viral infection, including coronavirus. If you don’t want to spread the virus to others in your family or to your friends, get tested for coronavirus. Meanwhile, ibuprofen or Tylenol every 8 hours REGULARLY, along with fluids and warm salty fluids (chicken soup) often help
