My father has a sinus since he was 30 years old. he already took medications but he's still allergic to dust. how to cure his sinus effectively?

Sinus: I assume you mean sinus surgery at 30? Or did he complete allergy shots for 3-5 years? Either way, the best plan of action would be to dust only when wearing a mask as well as using a salt water wash kit twice daily. Consider a prescription nasal spray as well.
