Could be a migraine.: Migraines do not have to cause just a bad headache...They can cause many abnormal symptoms. Still, you should see your doctor.

See a doctor: Has the tight feeling been constant or coming and going? Any drooping of that side of your face, drooling, trouble speaking. Any tremor? I would suggest going to your doctor or an urgent care to be evaluated.
