Go to ER: Go to the emergency room immediately. This may turn out to be from a bad complicated migraine headache, but you must go to rule out brain aneurysm, stroke, or transient ischemic attack. There are other neurological conditions that must be considered as well. For now, you must go rule out life threatening conditions.
