Waxing: Rash and redness due to trauma (like waxing) is pretty hard to get rid of in just one day. It could take up to a few days before it completely goes away. You can try some very mild otc hydrocortisone, but know there's a small chance it could irritate it more. You can also try some cool packs to the area.
