whatever method i use to remove hair (shaving, waxing, etc), i still have a rash and red bumps besides ingrown hair.what should i do to have nice legs?

Laser: Consider laser hair removal but only under a doctor's care. It does really work (on dark hairs, not blonde/red/gray; and best on light skin.
