See your Doctor: Hard to say for sure. You need to have a physical examination of the problem at the very least. Possibly you weren't aware of the "bump", there could be delayed bleeding. Headaches are common after head trauma. There are meds which can reduce the intensity and frequency of those headaches-ask your doctor. Avoid repeated analgesics like ibu or aspirin. Get it checked out.
