Unclear: Are you asking whether you have MRSA or are you concerned that you might get it. It is conceivable that you could acquire mrsa, and you can be tested for this with a nasal swab. It is not a common cause of sinus infection. If you are still congested after sinus surgery you should recontact the ENT surgeon and possibly also an allergist.
