My son has a lump under skin, back of neck near hair line, pea size maybe. What would cause a lump there? Lymph nodes? We found it this morning. He was claiming his vision was blurry right eye as well?

What could cause severe, pulsating pain on the left side of my neck and head? I have pressure and ringing/muffling in my ear. Also blurring of eyes.
The right side of my head and neck has been painful for ~2 wks. Blurry right eye/pain, ear pain, neck pain, back of head pain. Only on rt side. Hasnt gotten better or worse in 2 wks. Sensitive to touch. No fever. What kind of headache is this?
