After having a brisk walk, i am filling numbness in my fingures?

Blood flow: Most likely blood flow to your hands is being reduced when walking. This can be aggravated by swing your arms briskly and by tight openings where the sleeves of your clothing joins the body of the garment. Try wearing looser fitting shirts/jackets & reduce the vigor of your arm swing.
