Is there a connexion: It is hard to imagine one condition causing all 3 symptoms as being caused by 1 condition. If they are connected, then a disease affecting the upper spinal cord & adjacent nerve roots on the right may be responsible. Another possibility is an acute flair of rheumatoid arthritis. Other possibilities exists. Solution: see your doctor.
