Get examined: for possible overuse tendonitis or possible rotator cuff injury. Until seen, examined, evaluated, diagnosed and treated, you can use Advil or Aleve (naproxen) ( if not allergic to these products) and I recommend BioFreeze cream. This injury requires an examination.
