I have all the symptoms of under active thyroid, even a lump on it. biopsy was ok and my bloods are t4 = 15.8 and tsh= 1.03 what else could it be ?

Thyroid: Repeat thyroid function test at 8- 9 am and include TSH , free t 4 t T3 (liothyronine) and anti-TPO antibodies and anti ghyroglobulin ab. Then if normal just monitor labs and ultrasound periodically . You can have a thyroid nodule and a normal function.
