Incisional hernia: Incisional hernias can occur along the entire length of a incision - much like a zipper that gradually breaks down along its entire length once a tooth if broken. See your surgeon to be sure.

Yes: What you are describing sounds like possible incisional hernias. This can usually be easily determined by a careful physical exam by a hernia surgeon. If in doubt, a ct of the abdomen may sometimes help.
