Hi, i had retinal detachment surgery 2 weeks ago, and i was wondering would there be any effects smoking marijuana, i have a gas bubble in my eye. ?

Retina & MJ: There are endocannabinoid receptors in your retina, as well as nearly everywhere else in your body. These can be impacted by external cannabis, and not necessarily in a healing way. Research on this is in its infancy. Please ask your retina surgeon about this -- s/he will be your best advisor.
