Gas bubbles in eye: Contact the eye surgeon to express your concerns. S/he can advise you as to what to do—wait, or return to office for further treatment. I suspect the gas bubbles will be absorbed in time, but eye surgeon can confirm/deny that.

Depends: Depending on the concentration and type of gas, as i mentioned in your other question, the gas may last several days to several weeks. You'll have to ask your doctor what was used. Good luck.
