What did your gyn: Say? Fibriods, adenomyosis, cancer pregnancy, i assume you already had an ultrasound , you may need a laparoscopy or robotic surgery to determine the cuase, and sometimes it can be enlarged form having a lot of children- that condition is adenomyosis, depends how large it is , aften times no treatmnent needs ot be done, you should discuss all of this with your gyn.
