A doctor has provided 1 answer

Implantation: Implantation of the zygote require the following to be working together: 1. Intact fallopian tube for the journey back to the endometrium. 2. Adequate endometrial thickness of 7 to 8mm. 3. Adequate level of cytokines, progesterone and estrogen. 4. Intact genetic make of the zygote. Combination of all the above factors facilitate implantation and lack of the above impede implantation.
