Best Med: Luvox is an SSRI that is often used for treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. It has also been used to treat depression and anxiety. Whereas Wellbutrin is usually helpful for atypical depression or smoking cessation. I would go with the Luvox but it would not be my first choice for treatment of anxiety.
