Other options: At age 44, you can't. There are barbaric surgical procedures that lengthen legs at the price of much misery, they are not available in the us. If you're a "he", muscular development and overall fitness override being short (i know lee priest, 5'3" and a world-class bodybuilder) -- get built up and ripped and they'll call you "tank." a fit woman looks great regardless of height. You can't: Sorry, you have already finished growing. Growth hormone will not make you taller. The growth plates in your bones have already fused a long time ago.
