Change the fillings: The only way is to change the fillings from silver to tooth colored composite, gold or porcelain. Great controversy in this area still however the above restorations are far superior to silver.

See your dentist: You would have to see your dentist and the old restoration in your teeth would have to be removed and replaced with a composite restoration (tooth colored restoration). However, this is not always the best way to proceed as sometimes when you remove a restoration that has nothing wrong with it you could cause other more serious problems to develop.
