Bleach: Once per day and build up your time slowly. Start at 1 hour then gradually build up to avoid sensitivity to no more than 4 hours once per day. Besides the bleach is not effective after 4 hours.

One time only!: It is very important not to overdo teeth bleaching. You can permanently damage your teeth and cause long term severe sensitivity and/or damage the enamel enough that your teeth will crumble. You must follow the directions for the product you are using very carefully and only use it once per day, for no longer then the recommended time period. More is not better!
