There are quite a few ways to do this so the best is to go see your dentist and ask what they can do or refer you to someone(another dentist) who does the sort of whitening you desire. Don't rely on a mall setup.

See your dentist: Your general dentist would have several options available for bleaching teeth really fast. I would visit there first. The home systems are very good but are less concentrated and do not offer results "really fast".
