ACL reconstruction: Check with your orthopedic surgeon regarding restrictions and quality of acl reconstruction strength, it should start progressively. Pt should start asap after your acl reconstruction.

Immediately: Your "training" should resume immediately after your acl reconstruction. Only now it will be more in the form of rehab for the acl and any additional core or upper body training that you are currently doing.
