Yes and more..: First, regular barbell squats you do nott flex the knees as much, which is good for your knee caps! the behind the body squatting is also more prone to injury. However, it is better for buttocks, and the front squat better for quads. However, i would take a seated squat as the superior exercise, since you can do more weight without hurting your back!
