What are signs of enchondroma?

No particular signs : Usually seen as an incidental finding on an x ray or when this benign tumor has become large enough to cause swelling of the bone or fracture. Otherwise no particular signs are observed.

Enchondroma: Usually painless, may be incidental pickup on x-ray. If it becomes more aggressive, or it disturbs integrity of the bone, it may require further treatment. Follow up recommended.
