Generally not: Intraoral lacerations tend to heal very quickly; i don't believe I have ever seen a scab on one as the mucosa is constantly moist--i don't think a scab would adhere to the mucosal surface.

Not usually: Mouth lacerations heal quickly and do not form scabs but if you see scabs see your doctor or dentist.
