Let doc do it.: Dermatologist can do it for you. It's a normal "excessive" skin growths, commonly on neck, armpits, groin and sometimes around eyes like eyelids. No particular reason.

Skin tags: Appear for no particular reason. One on your eyelid can be easily removed by an ophthalmologist.
