Need to consult MD: Skin tags under your eyes need to be examined by your doctor and you need to have blood test to check your cholesterol checked as it may be related to high cholesterol.These are called xanthomas if thats the case you will have to be treated for high cholesterol and diet they can be removed by dermatologists so consult your doctor.
