See dentist: You are having multiple problems and you need to see your dentist about the toothache immediately and he can check the sores as well. Then you may need to also see your family physician if the sore throat does not settle down.

See a doctor: Your tooth pain may not be a direct dental problem, but referred pain from another focus. If it appears dental your doctor can refer you back to a dentist.
