How often should i wash my mouth using a mouth wash?

2x daily: I would use mouthwash 2x daily after brushing. I would also use an alcohol free mouthwash if possible.

Once or twice a day: Is sufficient. Some mouth washes are "stronger" than others. Excessive rinsing can disturb the normal bacteria flora of the mouth and allow "other" bacteria to take over.
