Your post is confusing. Most soaps available for general use are non toxic. Absorption of small amounts from such an exposure is unlikely to cause a problem. In the future if you post on this site please provide the specific material (brand name) so the composition can be assessed and a more specific response possible.

Talk to your pediatrician and dentist about safe ways to clean your mouth. While experimenting is important at your age, there are invisible boundaries that have to be trusted and respected in order not to harm yourself.

Washing your mouth with soap will not do any harm other than the bad taste in your mouth while you had soap in your mouth. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
