I am currently using 333 mouth wash three times a day and pyralvex at night, but these haven't seemed to help. i am also avoiding any hot drinks and spicy foods as i don't want to make it worse.

Mouth sores: It seems the Non-prescription medication you are using is worthless. Stop using it. Instead see your General Dentist or an Oral Medicine Specialist for an examination, possibly imaging, possibly lab tests, to actually diagnose the cause of your lesions and to prescribe the appropriate treatment. This site is for general health care questions, and appropriate individual diagnosis is not possible.
