How to tell if Botox: If done properly, you may not be able to tell if someone has been treated with botox. If you look closely while the subject of your close inspection is speaking, laughing etc, you may notice that treated areas do not wrinkle much.

Look at the eyebrows: The most difficult thing to fix with Botox are the wrinkles just above the outer portion of the eyebrows. If we try to fix those wrinkles, there is a good chance the eyebrows will droop, so most docs avoid treating that area. If someone has more wrinkles in that area than anywhere else, they have probably had botox.
