Scratches: Many teeth have clear craze lines which are no problem however if your teeth feel rough then i would see your dentist and let them determine the best treatment as i cannot see the scratches to diagnose.

Polishing: Depending on the depth of the "scratches" sometimes polishing with a diamond bur will remove them. Microabrasion is another possibility. Best to consult a dentist to find out your options.
