Can a tooth infection spread to other teeth even if you take antibiotics and previous infection is cleared?

No: The bone and tissues around other teeth can become infected but is usually resolved once the affected tooth is treated or extracted assuming your other teeth are healthy. You may need antibiotics clear up a lingering infection.

Very unlikely: Once the infection has cleared and the proper treatment was provided, then it is unlikely for the infection to spread.

That is rare: I would say no close to 100% of the time. However, a tooth infection can spread to other parts of the body that are adjacent to the area or even remote. Quick treatment is best.
