Need more info: You might need additional scans, including ct scans and MRI scans to further qualify this finding. It could be serious, but it might not be.

It really is: just what it sounds like: the radiologist found an abnormality, but cannot tell specifically what it is based on that study. Additional imaging or followup may be needed. Most of these incidental "nonspecific" abnormalities turn out to be of no concern, but sometimes they don't, so you need to talk to your doc about the next steps, if any.
