Why would my doctor give me standard dose act chemo instead of dose dense. it is my understanding that does dense has better survival rates.?

Do not know why: In my opinion, there is no reason to give standard ac followed by t. Dose dense is better, faster, and safer(from an infectious standpoint). I would question this to your oncologist.
