Dx first: various cancers present in throat region, that is nasopharynx, tonsillar region, hypopharynx, oro pharynx. The most common lesion is squamous Ca but no radiotherapist or chemotherapist will treat without dx. There are adenoid cystic carcinomas, lymphomas, minor salivary carcinomas and squamous Ca's. If lesion is resectable, you maywant surgery first and RT or chemo if necessary
