Little things: With very busy schedules, it's near impossible to find an hour to work out each day. I suggest starting with small, high intensity workouts - 10-15 minutes where you do a brisk jog or rug, something to get your heart rate up and break a sweat. Also little things like taking the stairs, walking across the parking lot, and having healthy snacks really does add up and make a difference.
