You must clarify.: I think you need more information in order to get a good explanation of your diagnosis. If you mean mild occlusive coronary artery disease, it may depend on how old you are, your gender, etc.. Even if you have perfect cholesterol levels, and the like, you can still get cad. It's just that your risk is lowered. Also as anyone ages, they are bound to get some artey disease anyway.

Could be genetics: Also while your levels are "perfect" perhaps they need to be more perfect. Age can also be a factor.
