I was wondering..i believe i had an allergic reactions to walnuts. as soon as i ate them my mouth startrd to burn, my heart startrd beating really fast and then i felt like my throat could close. (it didn't and i did take benadryl immediatley). im home

See an allergist: Or have your doctor run some blood tests on you for food allergy. Always handy to have Benadryl (diphenhydramine) , Claritin , Allegra , zyrtec on hand. You may need a script for epi-pen 2 pak in case of emergency. Do not separate the twin pack because you may need a second dose. In meantime , avoid walnuts and other nuts till you are tested.
