Heart healthy.: Unfortunately, there is no diet that would specifically help to heal a urethral stricture. However, healthy urethral tissue relies on good blood flow, so a heart healthy diet that minimizes vascular disease is best. This is particularly important for healing after surgery. Besides diet, stopping smoking, controlling diabetes & blood pressure are important.
