Is the urethra easily damaged? will the doctor know how or what damaged the urethra just by looking at an ultrasound? like if damage is from a swab

Minor damage: is common, and not seen and heals up in under a week (think UTI). A swab would generally be like this. It is like a minor scrape anywhere else.

Thanks doctors. I did see a Urologist. It wad my 3rd seperate one. Visit was for shock like pain in penis, testicles, and pelvis at times. Nothint was found. Sti negative. Cytoscopy negative. Ultrasound clear. What should my next step be?
